Your Role

Key responsibilities include

Supporting marketing needs across business units, including traditional and digital marketing.
Preparing and reviewing marketing materials such as letters, flyers, emails, and web content.
Assisting with internal and external communication development.
Conducting research for competitive analysis and marketing purposes.
Collecting and assessing data analytics across digital marketing channels.
Coordinating projects across creative services teams within the marketing and communications department.
Performing other duties in support of team, department, and firm projects.

About You

Candidates should possess the following

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, targeting May 2026 or later graduation.
Completed coursework in marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or business writing.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Highly motivated, strategic thinker with initiative.
Strong customer service skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, MyEmma, or other email software is a plus.
Prior office setting experience preferred.
Interest in or experience with finance or financial markets is a plus.
