Graphic Designer and Digital Coordinator

As Graphics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer-provided artwork is correctly formatted for production and providing digital mockups showing logo scale, placement, and color on garments.

You will be the key point of contact for embellishment artwork and technical embellishment knowledge, maintaining consistent turnaround times for creation of production-ready artwork files, embellishment samples, and customer-facing mock-ups.

You will work collaboratively with Decoration Services Project Coordinators, PRO Strategic Sales Account Managers, and internal production teams and external embellishment suppliers and vendors in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Your core activities will include

• Assessing customer-provided artwork for usability in embroidery, heat transfer, and patch-style applications.
• Producing digital proofs for customers to review and approve logo scale, color, and placement on garment.
• Tracing and re-creating supplied non-vector artwork.
• Generating stock text-based graphics.
• Ordering heat transfer samples and embroidery files, assessing sample quality to ensure it meets company standards.
• Managing timelines with heat transfer suppliers, embroidery digitizers, and other external suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Working with PRO account managers to provide support on artwork and technical embellishment related questions.
• Assisting Order Coordinators with order processing tasks as needed.
• Maintaining and updating digital templates and stock artwork archives as needed.
• Assisting production team with seasonal wash testing of embellishment materials.
• Working with suppliers and external contractors to improve process flows.
• Improving and upgrading the visual presentation of customer-facing documents.
• Streamlining workflows for proofing and digital asset management.
