The Senior Web and Digital Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the online presence and digital marketing strategies of the company. This position is responsible for leading marketing and web analytics initiatives, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall effectiveness. You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to empower data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective web analytics strategies for tracking website performance, user behavior, and campaign success.
- Work collaboratively with teams across marketing, IT, agencies, and lines of business to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
- Aid in lead tracking and analysis for B2B initiatives.
- Support SEO efforts through KPI tracking, regular reporting, and recommendations, utilizing tools like SEMrush.
- Leverage tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and other BI platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting critical insights and optimization strategies.
- Guide teams on tagging best practices ensuring accurate reporting across platforms.
- Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives for Adobe Analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing with Adobe Target and other methodologies to assess the impact of website and marketing campaign changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficient in web analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot is advantageous.
- Experience with Adobe Target is a plus.
- Effective analytical and strategic thinker.
- Capable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- This position requires in-office presence 3 days a week at our global headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.
