Are you passionate about revolutionizing air transportation? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions that will transform Amazon's middle-mile transportation network and enhance customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive program activities for fleet transactions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Life Limited Parts (LLP) availability and maintenance planning
- Optimize vendor relationships and performance through detailed metrics and proactive management
- Drive process improvements using data-driven insights and technical expertise
- Coordinate complex fleet acceptance, purchase, and return activities with precision and strategic vision
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% - 20% annually.
A day in the life
Your day will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving. You'll be at the heart of Amazon Air's fleet management, coordinating critical initiatives that ensure seamless aircraft operations and parts availability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance requirements
- Proficiency in FAA/EASA certification and documentation processes
- Experience planning maintenance workscopes for engines/APUs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Master's degree
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance workscopes for engines and auxiliary power units
- Experience developing and implementing technical improvement initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
