We are on the lookout for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in engaging and retaining our network of Relay carriers and owner-operators. In this pivotal role, you will:

Craft a comprehensive engagement and retention strategy tailored for Relay carriers. Conduct in-depth audience analysis, focusing on carrier characteristics, booking behaviors, and financial considerations. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to track business metrics and routinely update senior management on performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary. Define and implement metrics for carrier engagement, monitoring critical performance indicators like open rates, CTR, and conversion rates. Design, execute, and enhance lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and other channels to boost loyalty and repeat engagement. Influence product teams to align initiatives with our engagement strategy while collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams on content development and messaging. Develop marketing playbooks to scale successful programs quickly, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation based on new insights.

A strong capability to drive alignment with cross-functional teams. A background in creating large-scale GTM initiatives. Experience working collaboratively across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research teams.
