Senior Sales Leader - AWS ISV Segment
About The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to manage and grow our team within AWS strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales Segment. Our mission is to guide ISVs along a maturity model path focused on making AWS the preferred cloud platform to build, run, and grow their offerings, moving relationships from transactional to strategic through joint business planning and executive sponsorship.
The leader of this team will drive business value through field sellers who coordinate cross-functional teams including partner managers, BD, and product teams to deliver accelerated, double-digit growth for both AWS and our ISV partners.* This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cloud computing by leading one of the highest revenue growth areas in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an existing team of top strategic sales professionals
- Drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into Strategic ISV customers
- Exceed annual revenue and design win targets
- Partner with AWS Partner Team to help drive ISV topline revenue growth
- Co-develop and execute account plans with field sellers*
- Drive GTM programs to accelerate adoption of our ISV partners' products
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to create healthy sales pipeline
- Oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops
- Manage operational aspects of the business in partnership with Sales Ops
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with AWS Executives and Partner management teams
- Drive and maintain high customer satisfaction

- Regular travel throughout Central US region required during normal business conditions

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
