Ads Up Marketing is a boutique digital agency based in Boca Raton serving behavioral health and addiction treatment centers nationwide.

This is an in-office, in-person role in Boca Raton, Florida.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager whose primary focus is strategy, growth, and lead generation, not just posting for the sake of posting.

This is NOT an entry-level or training role.

Please do not apply unless you have at least three (3) years of applied Social Media Manager experience and a portfolio that clearly shows:

  • Growth in followers and engagement across platforms
  • Proven track record of driving leads and inquiries through paid and organic social

The ideal candidate will come in ready to hit the ground running, drive measurable results, and operate independently without needing step-by-step guidance.

You should understand how to use social media as a direct response and lead-generation channel, not just a branding tool.

Responsibilities

  • Research and define target audiences, including patient-facing and professional/referral audiences
  • Create and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation and page/account growth
  • Plan and produce engaging text, video, and image content across agency and client accounts
  • Develop and manage an optimal posting schedule (typically 1–2 posts per day per client)
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Business Suite, Ads Manager), and, where appropriate, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels
  • Set up, manage, and track direct-response and lead-gen campaigns
  • Monitor key metrics in Meta and other platforms, interpret performance data, and make data-driven optimizations
  • Prepare clear client-facing performance reports that translate metrics into insights and next steps
  • Collaborate with internal team members and clients to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
  • Proactively test new creative, audiences, and formats to improve cost-per-lead and overall ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with applied, advanced skills in social media management and paid social
  • Proven record of driving leads using social media (paid and organic)
  • Complete and in-depth knowledge of Meta platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Business Suite, and Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of social metrics, pixel/event tracking, attribution, and what actually matters for lead generation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, identify issues/opportunities, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Sendible, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is preferred

In short, we are looking for someone who already knows how to drive leads and growth through social media, understands the metrics that matter, and can step into this role and make an immediate, measurable impact without needing to learn the basics on the job.

Job Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Salary: $50k to $80k (dependent on experience and a proven record of results)
