Job Summary

The Digital Transformation Manager will lead the company?s efforts to digitize processes, implement automation, and modernize workflows across Access Medical Labs. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with stakeholders to drive digital initiatives that optimize operations, improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for digital initiatives, including workflow tools, low-code platforms, and integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects (process automation, system deployment, process redesign).
  • Collaborate with department heads (lab operations, finance, HR, etc.) to align digital solutions with business needs.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation efforts and monitor progress over time.
  • Oversee change management, including training, communication, and adoption of new systems.
  • Document business processes and technical requirements, and maintain up-to-date SOPs and training materials.
  • Evaluate and select new digital tools/vendors, ensuring scalability and ROI.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in clinical/lab environments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master?s degree preferred.
  • 3?5 years of experience leading digital transformation, process automation, or systems implementation in an operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, digital tools (e.g., low-code platforms, BPM tools), and software development lifecycle.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs and measuring digital project outcomes.
  • Experience with change management, training, and adoption of new systems.
