Marketing and Sales Intern

The parent company of 101.5 Whistler FM is pleased to announce the pending arrival of our yet-to-be-named, new radio station to Squamish broadcasting at 99.7 FM.

With this in mind, we are looking for a **Marketing and Sales Intern** to help us engage the local community and introduce our style of radio advertising to business owners in the Sea to Sky.

Any previous sales and marketing experience would be considered and asset, but not required. The is an Intern position and if you're interested to learn about marketing/advertising/radio/promotions/live-events/life, then we can teach it.

Compensation is set at **$22.00 per hour plus commission** on new radio advertising sales. With some effort, the hourly rate should approach and surpass $30 per hour. Initially, we anticipate a 15-20 hour work week and a flexible schedule.
