Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Growth Officer based in Winnipeg, MB. Some remote work flexibility is available. The Chief Growth Officer will oversee strategic growth initiatives, lead marketing and business development efforts, and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement long-term marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and build partnerships to enhance the company's market presence. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, leadership, and operational capabilities to create a lasting impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive growth initiatives and oversee organizational development
• Proficiency in marketing strategy, content marketing, and digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
• Excellent business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate vision and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in team management and fostering a positive, results-focused organizational culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
• Previous experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in marketing, business development, or strategy
