Job Title: E-commerce Order Picker and Packer

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of an e-commerce order picker and packer. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and processing online orders while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity and quality
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures an asset
