Lady Black Tie is a rapidly growing fashion brand specializing in upscale formalwear. With over 140K followers on Instagram and 300K on TikTok, we’ve built a loyal and stylish community—and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and fashion-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our digital presence even further.

Responsibilities

Oversee and create content for @ladyblacktie on Instagram and TikTok
Work with talent to create engaging content, reply to DM's and messages, reply to comments and tags
Plan/coordinate all our photoshoots for content we use on our website and socials
Product management, upload new products to our site, write descriptions.
Manage remote creative team members, delegating tasks and overseeing timelines
Execute on-brand strategies while using analytics to optimize content performance
Stay updated on trends and adapt strategies to grow our community and engagement
During high-volume periods (e.g., prom season), assist with order picking, packing, and processing returns
You are passionate about all social communications, our dresses and our customers

Skills and qualifications

Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Maintain a high level of professionalism and present the company in the best light at all times
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities
Reliable and consistent attendance to work

Other relevant skills that will be a plus, but we are willing to teach on the job:

Basic Photoshop or photo editing skills
Video editing for Reels/TikTok is a plus
Familiarity with Shopify or BigCommerce
