Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Global Head of Marketing.
Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize marketing strategies, drive business growth, and achieve exceptional results.
Lead planning of strategy, leadership, and team-building activities, designing and developing rhythms of business to drive organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate governance forums and create materials for diverse engagement forums, promoting transparency and open communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and business acumen.
12+ years' experience, including 5+ years of marketing management experience; some consulting experience preferred, demonstrating a track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Strong marketing strategy, business acumen, financial literacy, and project management skills, with a deep understanding of the consumer marketing landscape and omnichannel experience.

This role requires significant travel and occasional work during non-traditional hours. The estimated salary range is $174,500.00 - $274,230.00 per year, based on location and qualifications.
