Job Title: Marketing Manager\Helpers the Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the Retention & Loyalty team, championing innovative strategies to boost customer retention and profitability.

Reporting to the Head of Retention & Loyalty, you will collaborate with diverse partners across the organization to devise optimal Customer Journey Optimization solutions.

The key responsibilities include

Leading marketing initiatives to support the Retention marketing program.
Developing and executing loyalty strategies to enhance customer brand retention efforts.
Overseeing special projects aimed at improving the active customer base's profitability.
Managing rewards programs for various brands.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to create both short- and long-term Retention marketing strategies.
Collaborating with Retention Marketing Specialists to develop strategies that improve specific segment KPIs.
Ensuring campaign budgets are managed effectively, staying within allocated limits.
Communicating campaign metrics, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Defining and collaborating on personalized customer experiences on and off the website.
Assessing needs, aligning stakeholders, and developing measurable systems and process changes.
Managing internal resources to ensure timely delivery of fixed and variable scope deliverables.
Producing high-quality proposals, reports, and process documents.
Conducting needs analysis through technology audits, content audits, process audits, and stakeholder feedback.
Identifying new areas for improvement and development of Lifecycle campaigns, articulating them to business leaders.
Coordinating project responsibilities, allocating, and prioritizing tasks among team members.
Ensuring campaigns, creative briefs, and strategic marketing documents accurately reflect marketing objectives, target groups, and ROI in line with the business strategy.
Responsible for preparing summary reports and post-campaign analysis of all projects, utilizing Business Intelligence resources to ensure takeaways and learning.

Qualifications and Skills Include

\

Three to five years of digital marketing experience with a successful track record of implementing and managing Digital Marketing Programs in a multi-channel environment.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Journey Optimization best practices, including experience in developing and implementing testing strategies across channels, designing and analyzing contact strategies, automation techniques/tools, and customer experience optimization.
Previous experience managing rewards programs and/or Customer loyalty programs.
Demonstrated experience with data-driven marketing, A/B, and multivariate testing, Analytics, with a successful track record of implementing and managing different Digital Marketing Tools.
Ability to interpret and present data/results (both written and verbal) to stakeholders in engaging and meaningful ways.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office software applications, with a focus on advanced Excel skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
Experience leading, coaching, and mobilizing teams.
Excellent negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel 15-20%.
