This role involves strategically deploying and managing the marketing budget across major platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a focus on maintaining a minimum 3.5X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of digital marketing expertise, particularly in online advertising, and a track record of achieving exceptional ROAS.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Management: Create, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Align campaigns with Barsys’ brand and marketing goals.
Budget Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets across platforms to maximize return on investment while maintaining a 3.5X ROAS.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance. Utilize data to make informed adjustments for optimizing strategies.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing for various campaign elements to identify the most effective tactics.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, particularly in social media advertising, to adapt and optimize campaigns.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that complements broader marketing initiatives.
Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Target Audience Engagement: Develop targeted strategies to effectively reach and engage the intended audience.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
