Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist with hands-on experience managing retail operations through Vendor Central platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with leading big-box retailers such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, and Bed Bath & Beyond. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across multiple retail portals, optimizing product listings, driving online sales, managing digital content, and overseeing order fulfillment and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on retailer platforms including Amazon Vendor Central, Lowe’s Link, Home Depot Commerce Hub, Walmart Retail Link, and Bed Bath & Beyond’s supplier portal.
Coordinate item setup and product onboarding including digital content, images, attributes, and compliance requirements.
Monitor product availability, pricing accuracy, and inventory levels to ensure consistent fulfillment performance.
Analyze sales data, performance reports, and customer behavior to optimize listings and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, product development, and customer service to streamline operations.
Handle chargebacks, shortages, and vendor compliance issues by troubleshooting and resolving in a timely manner.
Optimize SEO-rich product titles, bullet points, and descriptions based on platform-specific best practices.
Develop and maintain promotional plans and seasonal strategies tailored to each retailer's cadence.
Track and report on key KPIs (conversion rates, returns, stockouts, etc.) and present performance insights regularly.
Maintain knowledge of platform updates, industry trends, and competitive analysis to keep brand presence optimized.

Qualifications

3+ years of e-commerce or retail operations experience, with hands-on use of Vendor Central or equivalent systems.
Demonstrated experience working with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and Bed Bath & Beyond retail platforms.
Proficiency in managing product listings, content updates, and item compliance across various e-commerce portals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple SKUs across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with PIM systems, EDI processes, and retail compliance standards is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, CommerceHub, Retail Link, Salsify, or other retailer portals.
Prior exposure to managing e-commerce for home improvement, housewares, furniture, or CPG categories.
Understanding of MAP pricing, content syndication, and drop-ship operations.
