Akkodis is seeking a Go-to-Market Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract (possible extension) opportunity with a client in Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR – Hybrid. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in Salesforce, content management systems, and cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market strategies.

Rate Range: $25/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Go-to-Market Operations Specialist job responsibilities include:

Facilitate SKU requests by collaborating with product marketing and submitting setup forms.
Monitor and manage SKU creation requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress.
Set up and remove pricing, promotional codes, and discount schedules in Salesforce.
Execute test orders and validate data accuracy across downstream systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve SKU-related issues and data inconsistencies.
Maintain product content in the Contentful CMS, including names, descriptions, and details.
Provide support for store-related issues and requests.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of sales support experience in a customer-facing environment.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and adapt to changing priorities.
