Are you passionate about video and photography production? Have a hands-on yet strategic and deep understanding of it? Do you have design experience and the ability to frame values and messages in a clear, concise, and compelling way? If so, this position may be perfect for you._*

*What will you do?**
Video and Photography Production Lead
Website (WordPress) updating
Digital marketing & SEO management
Internal & external Marketing communication creative lead
Lead the producing and editing internal videos (social media, training, internal, etc.)
Create effective and modern presentations
Design and creation of both corporate and departmental marketing/sales material
Participate in collaborations with departments, associations, event managers, video production, print shops, third-party vendors, copywriters, and web developers to create original, industry leading, customer-centric advertising. This may include traditional media, social media, or digital media
Execute creative solutions to all departments, presenting back cohesive actionable solutions on brief, on time and on budget
Lead the creation of graphics and advertising materials to support LIG initiatives
Lead the production of projects from concept through to final files
Ensure creation of effective, industry leading creative concepts
Monitor latest design trends and be familiar with competitor marketing programs
Stay up to date in terms of software and creative techniques
Maintain design system guides and social media guides (brand standards documentation) for the LIG brands
Responsible for consistency and correct use of brand identity and voice according to brand guidelines both internally and externally - which include regular audits of department processes
Maintain a productive working relationship with the Director of Marketing, with regular brand and team updates and appropriate approvals, leaving enough time for meaningful discussion and changes if necessary
*Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is required
Photography and Videography creation and editing skills required
Pre-press editing experience is required
Working knowledge of updating Wordpress
Working Knowledge of Google Analytics
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines and with little supervision
3+ years experience of video & photography production
Agency and/or client experience considered an asset
College diploma or University degree in related field required
