Qualifications

As Transformation Business Analyst, you will…

Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
Engage and influence stakeholders to gain the necessary input, buy-in, and support for successful project delivery.
Elicit, document, and agree on end-to-end requirements for changes across people, process, and technology.
Work across project workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios to deliver high-complexity, high-benefit projects.
Ensure effective execution and tracking of solution design success, managing a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring…

Experience working in a digital environment with preferred experience in MarTech, required experience in app, website or loyalty solutions.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrable experience in business analysis, including the use of relevant tools and methodologies.
