Principal – Organization Change Management, Infosys Consulting
Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Technology focused Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design experience within several of our focus industries for our workforce transformation.
About The Role
- The successful applicant will have experience developing and implementing work in their aforementioned specialty on technology programs that mitigate the risks associated with process and technology changes in order to ensure business continuity and value realization.
- Applicant should have experience with solutions including but not limited to OCM strategies and plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, job and organizational design, HR policy alignment, change impact assessments, business readiness planning and assessments, culture change, training needs assessment and curriculum, training content development, operating models, organizational strategy, or HR functional experience.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs for one or more of the following:
- ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SNOW)
- Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics)
- Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other collaboration platforms)
- Digital commerce implementations/transformations
- Agile, cloud, AI and automation initiatives
- Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs
- MA&D transformations and large-scale restructuring initiatives
- Candidates should also be able to support sales and business development activities; sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, design and drive an organizational change management program on one or more concurrent large-scale business transformation engagements OR similar role in Learning or Organizational Design.
- Assist with management of client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions.
- Project-manage work; manage resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; report status, risks and issues.
- Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation.
- Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other partners; Provide quality assurance and oversight to multiple consultants on your teams.
- Utilize experience to identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader.
- Work with pursuit teams to sell organizational change management/learning/organizational design services either on a standalone basis or as part of large technology-enabled transformation programs.
- Continue to develop and enhance Infosys’ thought leadership and IP (points of view, methods, tools and templates) in the Organizational Change Management/Learning/Organizational Design space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design
- Must be a resident of (or within a 2-hour distance to) one of our Hub locations) – Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Previous experience leading and delivering organizational change management/training/organizational design engagement for a big 4 consultancy or equivalent firm.
- Multiple full lifecycle transformation programs with hands-on experience delivering organizational change management, communications, training, or organizational design.
- Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities.
- Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail but isn’t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done.
- Creative problem solver.
For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, NJ states, estimated annual compensation will be $168,000 to $234,000
