About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing and User Acquisition to lead our innovative marketing strategy and drive substantial user growth for our brand. As a key player in our fast-paced environment, you will develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan that targets user acquisition and enhances engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Owning user acquisition KPIs and managing budgets

Optimizing campaigns across diverse channels such as paid social, programmatic advertising, SEO/ASO, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing

Building and leading teams or partnerships to deliver compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our brand's voice and adhere to regulatory standards

Using data-driven insights to enhance performance and ensure compliance with U.S. digital marketing regulations

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing or growth, with a strong track record in scaling user acquisition. A deep understanding of advertising platforms and a passion for gaming and customer experience are essential.
