*Duties and Responsibilites**
*Requirements**:
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience in a university setting and advancement communications initiatives is an asset.
Experience creating and executing a digital content strategy in support of alumni and donor engagement.
Experience in delivering high-quality, engaging, creative, brand-appropriate communications initiatives.
Experience with Blackbaud CRM and constituent data in marketing campaigns.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal, graphic design, and web-publishing.
Experience with writing, editing, proof-reading, and adherence to brand standards, style, voice and tone.
Knowledge of video production.
Resilient under pressure and tight deadlines.

Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.

NOTE: The University has adopted a policy relative to flexible work arrangements. This appointment is regularly performed on campus but is eligible for a flexible work arrangement under the terms of this policy.
