Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase the visibility, engagement, and lead generation of Theberge Group’s residential properties. You’ll manage SEO, website content, digital ad campaigns, and analytics, ensuring our online presence stands out in the Ottawa real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, site traffic, and lead quality for property rental and sales.
- Optimize website content (pages, listings, blogs) for target keywords, readability, user experience, and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools; adjust strategy based on insights.
- Research competitors and trends in Ottawa’s real estate/property development space to inform digital strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and property management to ensure digital assets reflect brand standards and capture target audiences.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive qualified leads and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and manage local SEO profiles (Google My Business, rental listing sites, directories) for accuracy, reputation, and engagement.
- Assist with email marketing, automation, and segmentation to nurture prospects and keep residents engaged.
- Coordinate website updates, new launches, and landing pages to support leasing, sales, and marketing goals.
- Write, edit, and publish original blog content and project stories to highlight amenities, promotions, resident testimonials, and company news.
- Manage online reviews and reputation, responding professionally to feedback and generating positive testimonials.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, rankings) regularly for leadership.
- Stay current on digital marketing best practices, SEO trends, changes in search algorithms, and relevant real estate laws/regulations.
- Provide recommendations for process, tool, or campaign improvements to optimize digital performance.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
