E-commerce Order Associate

**About Supramatic Inc.**

We import Commercial and Home Use Espresso Machines and other Coffee related equipment.

We have an immediate opening for a **permanent full-time** Order Desk, Processing, Picker, Packer and Warehouse Associate to support our fast growing E-Commerce operations, selling coffee and espresso related merchandise.

• *Responsibilities**:
• Processing online and phone orders and returns
• Ensuring orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner
• Picking, packing and shipping products
• Shipping and Receiving
• Following up on orders, back orders, inventory levels
• Communicating with freight forwarders and courier companies
• Warehousing and Inventory logistics
• Assisting the Sales team in a variety of duties
• *Requirements**:
• Experience in an order processing, entry, inside sales, retail, and customer service environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Effective problem-solving skills, deadline-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated with high level of initiative
• Must be able to maintain accuracy and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
