Take Responsibility – The Position
As Ecommerce Analytics Associate – Site Analytics (Amazon / DTC), you will play a pivotal role in unlocking insights that accelerate Stokke’s digital growth. You will transform complex data sets into clear, actionable intelligence that informs decisions across our DTC site, Amazon marketplace, and retailer dropship channels.
This role blends quantitative rigor with commercial insight—analyzing performance, modeling customer behavior, enhancing digital shelf presence, and shaping the strategies that power revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, DTC, Sales, Product, and Digital Operations, serving as a key connector between data and business impact.

Main Responsibilities
Engage with Vision & Passion
- Develop and implement analytics strategies that uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and guide decision-making across all Ecommerce channels.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling to strengthen digital performance and customer engagement.
- Translate complex data into clear insights that influence merchandising, marketing, and product strategies.
Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn
- Build and execute test-and-learn frameworks to validate hypotheses and evaluate digital initiatives.
- Utilize attribution models to understand multi-touch customer journeys and channel contribution.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using GA4, BigQuery, and other analytics platforms.
- Manage tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
Accuracy, Optimize & Automate
- Define and refine SOPs for analytics processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory data privacy standards.
- Support evaluation and rollout of new Ecommerce platforms, analytics systems, and technologies.
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting curiosity, collaboration, and insight-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Site Merchandising teams to identify optimization opportunities across content and customer journeys.
- Use workflow tools such as Monday.com or Asana to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate & Report Like a Pro
- Collaborate with DTC, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure analytics efforts align with business priorities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with internal sales leads, retail partners, and third-party data providers to expand data capabilities and gather deeper insights.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with statistical tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Strong command of data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Deep understanding of Shopify, GA4, and key Ecommerce performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for digital commerce, consumer behavior, and innovation through data.
Special Requirements
- Expertise in tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager) and multi-channel analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
