Social Media Director ( Marketing - social media specialist)

SportzBattle is looking for a Social Media Director to lead and grow our presence across all major social platforms. You will be responsible for developing our social strategy, creating content, managing our community, and driving engagement around sports and gaming.. . Responsibilities:. . Create and manage social media strategies for all platforms. . Plan, create, and post content (video, graphics, highlights, updates). . Oversee daily community engagement and respond to fans. . Track social media performance and report results. . Manage social media calendars and content schedules. . Work with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and announcements. . Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement. . Manage relationships with influencers and creators. . Requirements:. . 3–5 years of social media experience. . Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Facebook. . Experience creating short-form video content. . Good communication and writing skills. . Ability to analyze data and improve performance. . Passion for sports and digital content. . Nice to Have:. . Experience in sports, gaming, or entertainment. . Graphic design or basic video editing skills. . .
