Technical Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multi-million-dollar programs independently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-budget programs exceeding $1M.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing programs with budgets of $1M+ independently.
- Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
