Digital Marketing Specialist

Plan Automation Inc. is a packaging machinery automation firm that buys and sells automation to the Canadian CPG (Consumer Products and Goods) market segment and offers several products / services within that category. Established in 2009 and now centrally located in Bolton, ON, Plan Automation has established itself as a market leader in several sales categories but is at present underserviced with respect to ‘modernizing’ it’s digital marketing efforts.

A. Contracted Sales Team (16 Associate Partners) located remotely throughout Canada

B. Direct to specific product target market

C. Market influencers & connectors

• *_Desired Skills & Experience_**
• *Minimum Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphics related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the Machinery / High Tech or related industry
• *Core Competency Requirements**
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
