Role and Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and align digital product strategy with PepsiCo’s global objectives, build and own the product roadmap, and ensure customer-centric product design.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of digital products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee agile methodologies, and continuously optimize product performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, drive product adoption, and champion innovation by leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop team members, manage resources effectively, and foster collaboration.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve product outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (required); MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, or digital transformation, preferably within consumer goods, tech, or retail
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital projects across the full product lifecycle
- Strong background in agile methodologies and digital product optimization
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex business and technical challenges
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, CMS, or related transformation areas is a plus
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with technologies such as AI, machine learning, mobile-first design, and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: Competitive, based on experience and location
- Performance-based bonus eligibility (target payout typically 15% of annual salary)
