Become a key member of the norda team as a part-time Customer Experience Representative. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service that matches the performance of our products. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll answer questions, resolve issues, and create memorable interactions.

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • *Provide Exceptional Customer Support**:
  • Guide customers through our product offerings, addressing their concerns and providing clear, concise solutions.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and anticipate potential issues.
  • Proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • *Collaborate & Communicate**:
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless issue resolution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
  • *Drive Continuous Improvement**:
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • *Skills & Experience**:
  • *Essential**:
  • **Fluency in English and French** (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • **Strong communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate information clearly and confidently.
  • **Exceptional customer service skills**: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve issues effectively.
  • **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • **Proficiency in using customer service software**: Experience with platforms like Shopify and Gorgias is a significant advantage.
  • *Desirable**:
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
