About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking technology executive who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a talented IT team and partner across the enterprise to design and execute a three- to five-year IT strategy roadmap that unlocks operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.
As our Sr. Director, Information Technology, you will be the architect and driver of transformation — leading enterprise systems modernization, cloud and AI enablement, data intelligence, and operational innovation across our manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate environments. This is an opportunity to build a next-generation IT ecosystem that sets the standard for efficiency, visibility, and growth in the food and beverage industry. Your impact will be immediate and long-term — enabling the business to make smarter decisions, work faster, and operate more securely.
As a Certified B Corporation®, Clover Sonoma is a purpose-driven company leading the way in sustainable business. Here, your work supports not only production uptime, but also our broader commitment to people, animals, and the planet.
Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000 annually DOE
