Role and Responsibilities

As a Amazon Inventory Associate at Amazon Warehouse, you will help maintain smooth inventory flow and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized for picking and packing operations. Your responsibilities include:

Stocking & Organization: Arrange products on shelves, bins, or racks with clear labeling and easy access.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
Receiving & Processing: Support shipment receiving, unpacking, and product labeling according to Amazon standards.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while operating equipment such as pallet jacks and carts safely.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with pickers, packers, and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support other teams during high-volume periods.

Required Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout long shifts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners or warehouse systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in stocking, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Flexible and willing to cross-train in different areas as needed.
Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
