Role and Responsibilities

As a Amazon Inventory Associate at Amazon Warehouse, you will help maintain smooth inventory flow and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized for picking and packing operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Stocking & Organization: Arrange products on shelves, bins, or racks with clear labeling and easy access.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Receiving & Processing: Support shipment receiving, unpacking, and product labeling according to Amazon standards.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while operating equipment such as pallet jacks and carts safely.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pickers, packers, and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support other teams during high-volume periods.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout long shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners or warehouse systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in stocking, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Flexible and willing to cross-train in different areas as needed.
  • Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
