In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while playing a pivotal role in enabling our team's strategic initiatives.
A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.
About The Team
We are a passionate group of logistics innovators who are redefining air transportation through advanced analytics and operational excellence. Our team drives Amazon Air's North American operations, managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast, reliable deliveries for our customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management, or experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience in senior level leadership support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
