We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director and Support Service Administrator. You will play a key part in amplifying our message, engaging our audience, and enhancing our brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling written and visual content, and supporting various promotional activities such as educational programs and fundraising initiatives.
- *Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Create and manage e-newsletter, promotional and fundraising campaigns using Constant Contact platform.
- Regularly update AGI’s website to ensure information on programs, activities, events and the organization is current.
- Execute social media campaigns and engage with the public on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage and maintain our organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively and efficiently.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, using data and insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and graphic design.
- *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination and graphic design, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- In-Office, 26 - 32 hours/week
- 4 days/week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Occasional evenings as required by events and programming needs

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
