Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the company's content marketing operation, and the overall success of content marketing initiatives. *The Opportunity**:

In this newly created role, you will support marketing and company objectives by driving results through content. You will build Westland’s content strategy, execute on the content initiatives therein, and measure success in line with content OKRs, consistently striving for a best-in-class content engine. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with the brand, creative, digital, communications and CX teams to plan and deliver exceptional content executions spanning blog articles, B2B thought-leadership material, video and infographics, brand messaging, social/influencer marketing, on-page SEO and more.

*In this role you’ll**:
Build and execute Westland’s content strategy for digital and non-digital channels.
Execute content promotion & distribution strategies that effectively increase the consumption of Westland’s content.
Manage Westland’s blog strategy, including instilling production workflows that drive high-volume article creation and posting.
Work alongside the digital team and external SEO vendors to optimize on-page SEO, including the creation of landing and product pages.
Instill a copywriting center of excellence, reviewing and providing feedback on copy across key marketing deliverables; guiding the marketing team on copywriting best practice; and crafting top-level copy aligned with Westland’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Oversee the development of strategic content pieces including ebooks, webinars, case studies, video and infographics, working with Westland’s Senior Graphic Designer.
Run content campaigns, such as influencer marketing engagement and social activations.
Build a reporting framework and cadence for content, including its impact on marketing and company objectives, and adherence to OKRs.
*Here’s what you bring**:
Degree in marketing, PR or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in content marketing, focused on building content strategies, and executing with a relentless focus on achieving predetermined targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in both a strategic and implementation content capacity.
Highly analytical and organized, able to implement systems, processes and workflows that scale content production.
Exemplary copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO, primarily on-page.
Knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Hot Jar.
Experience in building social strategies and leading influencer campaigns preferred.
Knowledge of SEMrush and Yoast preferred.
