Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through effective sales techniques, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and utilizing CRM software to optimize sales processes. Responsibilities

Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting memberships and benefits.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance.
Focus on customer needs and company goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise within a supportive team environment focused on growth and success.
A love for Pilates and overall wellness is a must.

Hours

8:00am - noon OR 4:00pm - 8:00pm
