**Role and Responsibilities**

Digital Project Support at HUMANCONTACT (HC) is primarily responsible for assisting their team members in collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver client projects.

The primary functions for Digital Project Support include supporting the team in achieving excellent project outcomes in alignment with established scopes, timelines, and budgets for multiple, concurrent projects. Incorporating HUMANCONTACT standards and processes in the delivery of client work; and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations.

*Key Responsibilities**:
Support multiple concurrent web and procurement projects with varying complexity and changing priorities in an agency environment
Responsible for record management; creating and inputting data accurately across multiple platforms
Responsible for collaborating with internal team members on quoting and vendor management
Collaborate with team members on initiatives/deliverables as they arise (CMS entry, copy writing, and QA)
Track and submit time/cost estimates, client quotes, POs, and associated project finances
Experience in researching and troubleshooting technical and logístical problems

Motivated with a strong focus on documentation, process, execution, and skill development
Experience in data entry and QA
Must have North American work experience

Experience with digital (CMS) projects
MS Office Suite proficiency
Familiar with product sourcing
Bilingual in French
*Work**:
In office minimum 3 days a week

Pay: $43,473.88-$60,000.00 per year
