Role Summary

This is a junior role for high-potential marketers who want to learn crypto at the

deepest level.

You will be trained directly by Brandon Kokoski (BK) and work on live token

launches where narrative, attention, and execution directly affect market outcomes.

This is not a task-taking role. You are expected to:

spot narrative angles
help shape launches

We're hiring a Junior Crypto Marketing Specialist to be our founder's righthand in marketing – a fresh, ambitious recent grad or early-career

firecracker who'll roll up their sleeves as a full team member. You'll craft

tailored marketing plans for our diverse token portfolio, blending viral,

conversation-sparking tactics (meme drops, trend-jacks, KOL networks)

with conventional strategies (targeted ads, content funnels, SEO) to sell

tokens to crypto buyers and pump prices. Traditional marketing

background? We'll fast-track you to adapt those playbooks to the degen

crypto arena – think AIDA models for alpha calls or SWOT for tokenomics

teases. This is your shot to own strategies end-to-end in a remote-first,

collaborative setup, reporting directly to the founder and influencing every

campaign across our tokens. No crypto exp needed – just insatiable

curiosity, adaptability, and that "all-in" team vibe.

Key Responsibilities

Co-create and execute marketing roadmaps for multiple tokens: 50%

viral/community plays (e.g., cross-project X threads, coordinated

meme storms, influencer syndicates to ignite FOMO across

ecosystems) and 50% traditional tactics (e.g., multi-channel ad buys,

email sequences, performance-optimized landing pages to convert

retail and whale buyers).

Dive into market intel for each token – spotting trends, audience

psychographics, and cross-pollination ops (e.g., leveraging onetoken's

buzz to boost another's liquidity) – to get traders and

communities talking.

Build content ecosystems: Calendars, A/B tests, and KPI dashboards

tracking engagement, volume surges, and holder growth via tools like

Google Analytics, Chainalysis basics, or Dune queries.

Act as the founder's marketing sounding board: Brainstorm weekly,

iterate on live campaigns, and integrate token mechanics (airdrops,

staking hooks) into hype narratives.

Scale omnichannel efforts: X/Discord for real-time buzz, Telegram/

Reddit for retention, TikTok/YouTube for mass onboarding – all tuned

to multi-token synergies.

Deliver crisp, data-driven recaps tying efforts to ROI, like "This thread

spiked Token A's volume 3x" – always with an eye on portfolio-wide

wins.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications,

Business, or related; recent grads (0-2 years exp) prioritized for that

fresh energy.

Killer creative chops: Punchy writing that hooks (show us social

drafts, essays, or campaign mocks in your app).

Tool-savvy basics: Canva/Figma for visuals, Google Workspace for

collab, schedulers like Later or TweetDeck.

Crypto spark: Even if you're new, geek out on trends (follow @0xMert

, @AviciMoney) and grasp token basics – we'll teach the rest.

Right-hand ready: Trainable AF, thrives in ambiguity, and eager to gel

with a small team (async tools + occasional voice syncs across

zones).

Fluent English; flexible hours for global ops (US/EU/Asia overlap).
Hungry core: Available to dive in ASAP, 60+ hours/week, treating our

tokens like your own portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

Crypto flirtations: Personal trades, community mods, or side gigs in

Web3 gaming/NFTs.

Hustle proof: Campus campaigns, freelance branding, or viral

personal content.

Numbers game: Innate feel for metrics (e.g., ROAS, virality

coefficients) to link marketing to token pumps.

100% remote. Toronto (GTA), Canada or United States preferred.

Compensation & Perks

Junior-friendly base ($20K USD equiv. paid in crypto) + 10% revenue share

on your project split between 2 interns, bonus token allocations across our

portfolio, bonuses for price milestones. Unlimited PTO, learning stipends,
