Transformation Manager

As a Transformation Manager, you will work closely with clients to bring their strategy to reality. You will lead large-scale organizational changes to improve performance and achieve strategic goals.

You will communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions. You will also provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices, and clients.

The ideal candidate has an MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, candidates with a PhD in life sciences, health economics, decision sciences, or related field with a business application may be considered.
