E-commerce Coordinator

**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our customer journey on our website.

• *Duties**
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining our online assortment
• Data entry product information by preparing detailed import sheets in Excel
• Create great content using key words in product descriptions to improve SEO
• Work together with our website specialist, our buyers and our sales team on the floor
• Ensure quality images are available for all the products
• Collaborate with our team to create fun and commercial content during the different seasons
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
• Utilize HTML skills to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Analyze website performance metrics using SQL and other analytical tools to inform decision-making.
• Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment on goals.
• *Requirements**:
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office experience with a special love for Excel
• Marketing skills - able to write and read SEO content
• Social media experience
• Team spirit
• Strong understanding of HTML; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.

Position is 3 days a week - 24 hours per week

• *Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
