  • *Summary**

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven professional who excels at tailoring both digital and traditional marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and engage target audiences. As the **Marketing & Digital Strategy Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels. Additionally, you will support special events like our annual Charity Wine Auction and new store launches by assisting with planning, budget tracking, and implementation.

  • *WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
  • **Develop & Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns**: Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with company objectives and brand messaging.
  • **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to develop marketing materials, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • **Campaign Calendar Management**: Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time and efficiently.
  • **PPC Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads. Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Utilize A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve performance.
  • **Website Optimization & SEO**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Develop strategies to attract and engage your target audience.
  • **Website Audits & UX Improvements**: Conduct regular website audits to identify usability issues that impact user experience. Collaborate with developers to enhance functionality and resolve technical issues, focusing on improving conversion rates, sign-ups, and checkout experiences.
  • **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare detailed reports for key stakeholders, leveraging insights to refine strategies and increase ROI.
  • **Market & Competitor Research**: Conduct ongoing research to understand your audience, market trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights.
  • **Budget Management**: Assist with budget tracking and ensure that marketing initiatives remain within the allocated budget. Effectively manage digital marketing budgets across different channels based on performance and ROI.
  • **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously adapt and improve strategies to remain competitive in the digital landscape.
  • *WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
  • **Education & Experience**: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • **Experience**: 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • **PPC & Advertising Experience**: Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic ads, and other paid marketing channels.
  • **E-Commerce Knowledge**: Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Excellent ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • **Proven Campaign Success**: Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, meeting KPIs, and delivering measurable results.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing platforms.
