- *Position Description**:
Reporting to the ECommerce & Marketing Manager and working in close conjunction with the Director of Distribution Sales, the ECommerce Coordinator is an individual contributor role responsible for ensuring our ECommerce system is up to date, offers a superb user experience, and seamlessly integrates with campaigns and product launches.
- *Responsibilities will include**:
- Website content management: ensure all online content, product descriptions, photos and resources, navigation and product merchandising are aligned to meet all requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Whitebird’s ECommerce activities including maintaining and publishing product catalogue and collection pages.
- Leverage Google Analytics to develop customer insights, optimize the user experience, and improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and customer retention.
- Own the on-site customer journey - monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and identify opportunities to enhance the channel.
- Adjust web merchandising to increase AOV, and identify cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Utilize SEO strategies and analytics to optimize digital presence.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on new ECommerce enhancements and product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to identify product gaps and run price comparisons.
- Support managing timelines and aligning internal schedules and resources to timelines developed by the greater Sales and Marketing team.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- A results-driven individual who’s passionate about creating a seamless online customer experience.
- A self-starter with business and financial acumen and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, passionate, and proactive.
- Able to effectively navigate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving skills, and hands-on implementation skills.
- Work well both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong personal character and empathy.
- *Skills and Qualifications**:
- A degree or diploma in ECommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- CSS, HTML, and data architecture experience is a big asset.
- Experience working with technical and other agencies to support initiatives is an asset.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
