**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Material Planner to ensure the availability of spare parts and industrial gases to support ongoing manufacturing and maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory planning parameters, monitoring material levels, and creating purchase requisitions in Oracle Cloud. **Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and maintain adequate inventory levels for spare parts and industrial gases to support operational requirements
  • Manage and optimize min/max levels and other planning parameters in Oracle Cloud
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and coordinate part deliveries to ensure alignment with the quarterly material forecast spend and operational schedules
  • Lead the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process for part number creation, updates, and end-of-life management
  • Collaborate with Engineering to support new or special part requests and ensure accurate part setup in the system
  • Partner with Procurement to address pricing, sourcing, and supplier-related issues
  • Analyze consumption data and recommend adjustments to planning parameters to improve supply reliability and inventory performance
  • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives related to material control and planning processes
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in planning accuracy, system utilization, and process efficiency
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or inventory management in a manufacturing or maintenance support environment
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or equivalent ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including min/max planning, safety stock, and lead time management
  • Experience working with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) or similar change control processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools
