Digital Media Officer

**Job description**

• *Summary**

Watershed is growing its presence and is looking for an entry level Digital Media Officer who will be responsible to plan and execute activities related to SMM and SEO and similar activities. This will also include preparing and editing digital content including pictures and videos, in addition to providing support for basic customer service activities.

• *Role and Responsibilities**
• Continuously optimize the website and perform all related SEO tasks to enhance the website ranking, score, presence, and customer experience
• Plan and execute a structured Social Media campaign across multiple platforms and perform all supporting tasks
• Create media for SMM utilization including pictures, content, and edit videos
• Support in editing videos created by the inhouse trainers and consultants
• Generate regular reports and analytics for SEO and SMM performance and suggest enhancements to the strategy
• Support in providing information to potential students and delegates
• Support in providing customer service to potential students and leads

• Diploma (required)
• *Experience**:
• total work: 2 years (required)
• SEO: 1 year (required)
• SEO tools: 1 year (preferred)
• Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
• iMovie, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editors: 1 year (preferred)
• Photo editors like Photopea or similar: 1 year (required)
• content writing: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
