**Job Overview**

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support our marketing efforts and enhance our online presence. This position involves assisting with marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and developing and maintaining our website to ensure it aligns with our brand strategy and business objectives.

  • *Duties**
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Manage and update social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to organize events, and promotions.
  • Maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • *Tasks and Responsibilities**:
  • *Support Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in executing marketing campaigns by helping with research, planning, and coordination of promotional activities.
  • *Social Media Management**: Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, creating engaging content, and responding to comments and messages.
  • *Content Creation**: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional graphics, under the guidance of the manager.
  • *Market Research**: Conduct basic market research to gather information about competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • *Event Assistance**: Help organize and coordinate marketing events, workshops or promotions, including logistics and participant engagement.
  • *Website Maintenance**: Help update and maintain the company website by uploading new content, images, and blog posts as directed.
  • *Learning and Development**: Engage in training sessions or workshops to enhance technical skills relevant to web development and digital marketing.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field or working towards.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred for effective website management.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in various programs.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for digital marketing trends and a desire to continuously learn new skills.
