As a Market Manager at Gerber Collision & Glass, you will be responsible for leading multiple locations within a designated area, ensuring consistent execution of our WOW plan, managing staff performance, and promoting safe working conditions.

• Develop and implement market strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor direct reports to achieve exceptional results.
• Monitor capture rates, shop performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key requirements include a minimum of 5 years collision repair industry experience, 3 years of management experience, ICAR Platinum certification (preferred), and estimating license if applicable in the state.
