**Overview**

As a Sales Closer, you’ll be responsible for converting **warm, pre-qualified leads** into long-term clients. You will conduct discovery and closing calls, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and negotiate deals that create mutual success. This role is highly performance-driven with uncapped earning potential.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Conduct discovery, strategy, and closing calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Confidently pitch and present our digital marketing solutions.
• Understand client goals and pain points to recommend customized strategies.
• Overcome objections, manage follow-ups, and secure commitments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close win-win deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates.
• Keep CRM updated with accurate records and provide weekly sales reports.
• *Qualifications**

2+ years of proven sales closing experience (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services).

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).

Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.io, etc.).

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and consistently exceeding quotas.
