A Day in the Life
The Senior Growth Analyst plays a crucial role in auditing existing and prospective clients' marketing programs and formulating integrated marketing strategies across our extensive channels, focusing particularly on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will collaborate closely with specialized teams (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to create impactful marketing strategies that will be utilized both by account teams and to attract new clients to Power Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning: Identify the optimal budget allocation across channels, mediums, environments, objectives, and customer journey stages.
- Coordinating: Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure alignment of channel-level strategies with the overarching plan.
- Research and Analysis: Dive deep into the prospective client’s landscape, understanding their industry, ideal customer profiles, sentiment, and competition.
- Forecasting and Projections: Work with specialists to validate forecasts, ensuring they align with client budgets, efficiency needs, and business goals.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-channel marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
- Experience managing significant campaigns or clients (over $100k/month).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and similar self-serve platforms.
- Knowledge of the broader marketing and media buying landscape.
- Familiarity with earned media channels.
- Experience using audience insight tools like Global Web Index.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and communication platforms like Slack.
