A day in the life

The Senior Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in assessing current and prospective clients' marketing initiatives, developing integrated marketing strategies spanning our entire channel offering, particularly focusing on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube). You will collaborate closely with specialists across various channels (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to devise impactful marketing strategies that enhance our client's efforts and assist in attracting new clients to Power Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Identify optimal budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and stage in the funnel.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with channel specialists to align individual strategies with the overall marketing plan.
  • Research and Analysis: Deep dive into prospective clients, their industries, competitor landscapes, customer profiles, and sentiments.
  • Forecasting and Projections: Work with specialists to validate forecasts, ensuring alignment with client budgets and business objectives.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey frameworks.
  • Experience managing significant campaign budgets ($100K+ monthly per client).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and similar self-serve platforms.
  • Awareness of the broader marketing and media buying ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools, such as Global Web Index.
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Asana and communication platforms such as Slack.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Production of Appraisals (10 or more per month).
  • Win Rate (50% or higher).
  • Percentage of Appraised Gross Profit to Won Gross Profit (70% or more).
