  • *Duties & Responsibilities**
  • Provide **oversight and strategic direction** for our portfolio of digital marketing clients, ensuring the department is meeting performance objectives and utilizing proper **lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics**:
  • Hold the team **accountable for high-quality deliverables**, including defining and enforcing quality standards and reviewing outputs for optimal results
  • Lead** segmentation strategies** to increase engagement and reduce churn.
  • **Collaborate** with senior SEO strategists to** increase organic traffic **and **online visibility.**:
  • Work **collaboratively** with other departments,such as creative, paid media & advertising, project management, CRO, and web development to **ensure a unified approach to client projects.**:
  • **Organize and deliver** training sessions and workshops for the marketing team on industry best practices, industry trends and creative thinking techniques.
  • **Manage** the **hiring, resource allocation, performance**, and **professional development **within the team.
  • Drive process** optimization** to increase the speed and agility of our teams
  • *Knowledge, Education & Experience Required**
  • **8+ years of relevant marketing experience**, preferably in B2C and eCommerce
  • **Minimum 3 years** experience in a **management **role
  • Strong **understanding of SEO strategies and tactics**, as well as the impact of SEO to a digital experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • **Experience** with **attribution platforms** such as TripleWhale, North Beam, Google Analytics
  • A College diploma, University degree, or relevant job-related experience. We welcome highly experienced, self-taught, and self-motivated learners who express a strong passion for digital marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance
  • **Proficiency** with **customer data management, measuring channel metrics** and performance, and monitoring deliverability
